Heritage Coffee Table
Making for a beautiful and characterful coffee table, this is an original child's bed from a traditional family home in the Himachal region of Northern India. This mountainous area is known for its Tibetan culture and is the home of the Dalai Lama. Entirely made by hand from one piece of wood, blankets and a thin mattress would be laid on it at night for comfort, and the table would then be used for playing with toys and doing school work during the day.
