This is an ornate, antique bed from a traditional family home in the Himachal region of Northern India. This mountainous area is known for its Tibetan culture and is the home of the Dalai Lama. Traditional craftsmanship and intricate hand-carved detailing can be seen throughout the piece, making for a beautiful and unique statement coffee table.
