Great news, we’ve only gone and got a new website. Even better news, it’s functional! We know it’s been a long time coming, but we got there in the end, and it’s a ton better, right?

We wanted to show you around a little to make sure you get the most of it. You have two methods of shopping to choose from. We’ve introduced new categories along the top menu, which is rather traditional and something you should be familiar with from other websites. For example, if you're desperate to introduce some new vases into your shop, you’d go to Home Decor, and find the ‘Pitchers and Vases’ subcategory, and there you can browse a multitude of vases in different styles, colours and shapes. 

The other (fairly snazzy) way of shopping is to browse our ranges. Simply click on ‘Explore our Ranges’ and you can select the category of products you’re interested in. You will then be presented with an assortment of wonderful ranges, simply click on one which takes your fancy and you can shop the entire range quickly and easily. You can also flick between the previous and next ranges. It’s a great way of getting to know our ranges and we highly recommend this way of shopping if you’re going to sit down with a nice glass of wine and have a leisurely browse! 

There are a few other little wins which we’d love to tell you about. Firstly, get excited. The search bar works! That’s right, you can now search by product code, range name, or by description and as quick as a flash (depending on your internet speed), your results will display before your very eyes. The height of technology, right? 

We’d also like to mention your new account area. When logged in, you will be able to check and update your personal information, see your order history, and save items for a future order. Also, if you’re a long standing customer of ours, you might be a total pro when it comes to knowing exactly what you want. If you have a CSV of item codes, you can simply upload those, add them to a favourites list, or populate your shopping bag quickly for a speedy checkout.

There's also a feature called 'Shopping Lists'. Here, you can go ahead and add all your favourites to your basket, then save them as a 'Shopping List'. This means you can revisit this basket at a later date - perfect for when you're not quite ready to buy, but would like to plan ahead. To save a new list, simply click on your basket, then select 'Save to Shopping List' from the drop down menu on the top right hand side. You can create and save as many lists as you desire, and they’ll be waiting in your account area for you to load up next time to visit the site.

It’s also important to note that your old login details won’t work for this new website, so if you haven’t already, please do go ahead and pop your details into this page, and we’ll send you new log in details as soon as possible. 

We have re-photographed all of our products, which is a real process when you have thousands to get through! So, it’s important to know that not all our items are on the website yet, but fear not, we will be adding new ranges and products every week. If you can’t see your favourites, please do get in touch with your local sales rep who will be able to assist. 

We’re still working through any little teething problems and if you come across something that doesn’t seem quite right, or something you’d like to give us some feedback on, please do get in touch - we’re on a mission for constant improvement! But for now, please do enjoy the new website, and we’re sorry the old one wasn’t quite, ahem, perfect... We hope this makes you a little happier!
